In my mother’s jewellery box lies a necklace fully made of white coral branches, dating from the 1970s. Each branch is of different size, with a more or less smooth aspect, but I like each one of these fragments. It is from this jewel that I have selected 13 singular forms reproduced identically to compose the alphabet of the KORÁ collection.
Small animals, the polyps are the architects of the coral reefs. They exude limestone formations endowed with a unique geometry. The KORÁ collection combines this alphabet of organic forms with the perfect geometry of the circle. The mastered union of nature’s work and the hand of the craftsman.
