Refund policy
You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.
Please note that bespoke, personalized or engraved pieces, gift cards and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
