When will my order ship?

Mermere’s jewelry is crafted on a made to order basis, which helps avoid overproduction and conscientiously manage the use of raw materials and production time. Your order will be crafted and shipped within 4 weeks. In stock pieces ship within approximately 2-4 business days of purchase. While we aim to process and ship orders within these time frames, these are estimates only, and orders may ship earlier or later depending on production and fulfilment delays.

How do I make changes to my contact information or shipping address?

If you need to update your contact details or shipping address after placing your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible for assistance.

Can my order be gift wrapped?

We can include a personalized handwritten note with your order. Just let us know your instructions in the order note in your cart (bottom of the cart page).

What shipping methods do you offer?

Shipping and delivery of orders will be carried out by La Poste via Colissimo, or international Colissimo according to the applicable rates. You can also come and pick up your jewel directly at our workshop free of charge. You can choose your delivery method at checkout.

Delivery costs are as follows:

  • Within France: 12 EUR
  • To Europe (excluding the UK): 15 EUR
  • To the UK: 20 EUR
  • To Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, India, Taiwan, Thailand, China, Vietnam, and Russia: 32 EUR
  • To the United States: 35 EUR
  • To the rest of the world: 38 EUR

Once the order is shipped, the average delivery time is 2 to 4 business days for metropolitan France and 2 to 14 business days for the rest of the world depending on the country. Mermere cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by any kind of disruptions in the postal network.
Any order placed on the site and delivered outside of France may be subject to potential taxes and customs duties imposed when the package reaches its destination. These possible customs duties and taxes related to the delivery of a product are the responsibility of the customer.
For the "pickup at our store" option, please note that the store hours take precedence.

Returns and exchanges

How do returns work?

After reception of your order, you have 14 days to exchange or return your item(s).

We only accept returns for undamaged items, the jewelry must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any anomaly regarding the order must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the delivery date. Beyond this deadline, any claims will be rejected.

To return a product or exchange please contact us at by using our contact form. We will reply as soon as possible. If your return is accepted, returns will need to be sent to the following address: Mermere, 92 rue Sainte, 13007 Marseille, France.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom orders (including engraved or otherwise altered items) or gift cards.

The item I received doesn't match what I ordered. What should I do?

Please contact us specifying your order number and the problem encountered within 48 hours of the reception of the item. Do not hesitate to attach photos if necessary.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or requires repair?

In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.

All Mermere jewelry is crafted on a make-to-order basis. This approach helps us minimize overproduction and manage raw materials responsibly. Each piece is handcrafted with care, taking approximately 4 weeks before being shipped to you.

Who makes Mermere's jewelry?

Each piece of Mermere jewelry is handcrafted by our team with great care and precision. We also collaborate with local artisans for processes like setting, engraving, and plating, all of which are carried out within a 20 km radius of our workshop.

What materials are used in Mermere's jewelry?

Mermere creations are crafted from recycled precious metals, ensuring that our production process minimizes environmental impact. We also carefully source gemstones from a certified member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), maintaining ethical standards in all aspects of production.
