When will my order be shipped?

Most Mermere pieces are handcrafted on a made-to-order basis. Please allow approximately 4 to 8 weeks for production before shipment. In-stock items are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Can I modify my order or shipping address?

If you need to make a change to your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order is shipped.

Can my order be sent as a gift?

Every order is presented in a reusable black satin pouch and a recyclable black box. You may also include a personalized message at checkout, which will be handwritten and enclosed with your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa®, Mastercard®, Maestro® and American Express®, as well as PayPal®, Apple Pay® and Alma®.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are securely processed and your payment information is handled confidentially.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Installment payments are available through Alma®, subject to eligibility.

In which currency will I be charged?

Your order will be charged in the currency displayed at checkout. The final amount will be clearly indicated before you confirm your payment.

Shipping

What shipping methods do you offer?

Orders are shipped from France via Colissimo and international Colissimo. Shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees determined by local authorities.

Returns and exchanges

How do returns and exchanges work?

You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?

Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the item. We will review your request and assist you accordingly.

Are any items non-returnable?

Bespoke, personalized or engraved pieces, gift cards and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To preserve the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water, perfumes, cosmetics and household chemicals. When not being worn, store your piece in its pouch.
