Shipping policy

Shipping and delivery of orders will be carried out by La Poste via Colissimo, or international Colissimo according to the applicable rates. You can find a preview of the shipping options in your basket.

Delivery costs are as follows:

• Within the European Union : free of charge
• To the UK: 20 EUR
• To Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, India, Taiwan, Thailand, China, Vietnam, and Russia: 32 EUR
• To the United States: 35 EUR
• To the rest of the world: 38 EUR

Once the order is shipped, the average delivery time is 2 to 4 business days for metropolitan France and 2 to 14 business days for the rest of the world depending on the country. Mermere cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by any kind of disruptions in the postal network.

Any order placed on the site and delivered outside of the European Union may be subject to potential taxes and customs duties imposed when the package reaches its destination. These possible customs duties and taxes related to the delivery of a Product are the responsibility of the Customer.
