2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of jewelry and accessories offered on mermere.com.
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and slight variations in color may occur depending on screen settings.
The characteristics of materials, gemstones and finishes are specified on each product page.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the customer and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.
MERMERE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the prices displayed at the time the order is placed.
5. Orders
Orders become final once payment has been successfully completed.
MERMERE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, a previous dispute, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely through MERMERE's payment partners.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Preparation and shipping times are indicated on product pages or communicated during the ordering process.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier and destination country.
MERMERE cannot be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond its reasonable control.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, customers have fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Returned products must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
9. Returns and Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.
10. Legal Guarantees
Products benefit from all applicable legal warranties under French law.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings.
