  • DELIVERIES

All Memere’s products are made to measure so it takes 15 days to craft a tailored piece before shipping. We deliver worldwide. The jewelry is shipped to the delivery address provided by the Buyer during the order.

Shipping and delivery of orders will be carried out by La Poste via Colissimo, or international Colissimo according to the applicable rates. You can find a preview of the shipping options in your basket.

Once the order is shipped, the average delivery time is 4 to 5 working days for metropolitan France and 5 to 10 days for the rest of the world. Mermere cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by any kind of disruptions in the postal network.

Any order placed on the site and delivered outside of France may be subject to potential taxes and customs duties imposed when the package reaches its destination. These possible customs duties and taxes related to the delivery of a Product are the responsibility of the Customer.

For the "pickup at the workshop" option, the opening hours of the store take precedence.

  • RETURNS

After reception of your order, you have 7 days to exchange or return your item(s). We only accept returns for undamaged items, the jewelry must be intact and not have been worn, with original packaging. Any anomaly regarding the order must be reported to us no later than 7 working days after the delivery date. Beyond this deadline, any claims will be rejected.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back.
